Big Break is a quiz show based on Snooker it is presented by Jim Davidson helped by John Virgo who is very funny they work really well together. There are three contestants who are each partnered by a professional snooker player they are asked questions and the players play snooker against the clock. The game show is thoroughly entertaining although I don’t think it would be without Jim and John who do make the show. John Virgo always does a trick shot for the first contestant who loses and shows them how to do it to win a prize so no one goes home empty handed. The second loser gets the money they won from the pocket money table. The winner gets their money from the pocket money table and also whatever prizes the snooker player managed to win them on the prize table. A good, easy watching, funny quiz show well worth a look.
