Advantages: Err... it's colourful?

Disadvantages: Takes over Channel 4 and E4, too many extras.

In my opinion Big Brother is nothing more than an annoyance which takes over Channel 4 and E4 for a number of weeks (often seems like longer) and disrupts my usual TV viewing schedule.

It wouldn't be so bad if it were just an hour or a half hour long show like every other respectable program, however Big Brother engulfs the channels for several hours at a time. The problem isn't the program itself, which isn't to my taste but each to their own, no... it's the hours of "live" coverage and the spin off chat shows. Is it just me or does this so called "live" coverage of the Big Brother house consist of bird and bee noises and the housemates sleeping?

Come on Channel 4, enough is enough, it's time to call it a day on this drawn out show! It's like that one funny incident that gets joked about so much it looses all the initial comedy. Give it up!
