Advantages: can be funny to watch

So it's the summer and you know what that means! Big Brother IS BACK! This it's BB 10 and to be honest i thinkthat the series has been dragging. Don't get me wrong i watch BB, and usually i enjoy watching it, but this year the tasks have been repetitive and boring, the BB inmates (sorry i mean contestants) are dull and almost too wierd to describe.

Big Brother is basically a social experiment. It throws 10-12 (i can't remeber the exact starting number) oddballs into a big house and then records their every movement on camera for the amusement of the British Public. This year we see Marcus (a man who clearly loves Wolverine that 'little' too much), Lisa (the smoking, tattoo covered lesbian), Sophie (the guliable Pamela Anderson wannabe with the blonde hair and completley ridiculous sized breasts), Freddie (the posh boy wannabe politian who i repeatedly want to hit with a garden spade) and Karly (the blonde scottish one who nead subtitles when she speaks) amongst others who i can't remeber.

These 'normal' (who are they trying to kid) british people then have to live in a house completeing tasks and challanges to earn food, before the try to vote each other off. Seems a bit like they have gathered the most wierdest, strangest people who blatently won't get on just to see them argue and fight over a stale piece of toast or a discard peanut. Of course for you people watchers out there (me included) will love watching the idiots run around and try to become liked by the public and then think their famous. because as one genius comment made by one of the BB housemates this year was 'Everyone will know who we are!' and 'the paparazzi will be all over us when we get outside'. But lets face it once the 15 minutes of fame is gone they slink back into being the nobodies that they were before.

Overall i think that the best series was series 7 or 8 i can't remember, but it was the one with Nikki in it. She was so funny! The rest of the series have been pretty crap really.

A sentance to sum up BB is; 10 idiots, 24 Cameras, 9 weeks, 70 grand, one 'winner' (i leave that judgement to you).

Summary: the series has been going for too long now
