Advantages: Great for kids

Disadvantages: Can be messy!!!!

Tidy all the bit's and bob's, the thing's that help us do our jobs......

Big Cook Little Cook is set in the kitchen of a cafe, a big brightly coloured well stocked kitchen at that! Big Cook Ben is a normal sized adult whilst Little Cook Small is a teeny tiny adult who can fly about on a wooden spoon!

I have never understood why Big Cook gets a name and little Cook just gets called small???

In each episode they will get a customer, somebody from a nursery rhyme or fairy tale, Small will then tell us a story about the customer where Small is the hero and such.

Ben and Small will then look in Big Cooks Big Cookery Book for a recipe for todays guest and Small will tell Ben the ingredients and he will hurry around the kitchen finding what is needed.......Usually something will be missing which will result in Little Cook flying off on his magic wooden spoon to find out how something is made or to get the missing item.

The cooks will then make something for the guest whilst telling us what is needed and how to prepare the food. Kids love it!

The guest will get their meal and in return will leave a little present for the cooks :o)

They have a good little sing song too whilst tidying up the kitchen, my little one loves to sing along lol!

It can be found on the Cbeebies channel at varoius times throughout the day.

They are played by Stephen Marsh and Dan Wright who are actually a comedy double act called Electric Forecast.

Summary: overall great show for kids.
