Advantages: Keeps my toddler occupied when others fail

Well, that's what I thought when I first saw Blues Clues. The music got to me, the bloke wound me up and I thought the content was total crass! Now, months later when my 17 month old is screaming blue murder because she's tired but doesn't know it, I pray for Blues Clues to come on. Why, because she is glued to the telly just long enough for me to eat my dinner or surf the net or just chill for half an hour. I've even found myself singing "The postman's here! The postman's here!" and "We just got a letter, wonder who it's from?" when he actually is here (just hope he hasn't seen me prancing round the lounge yet singing it).
Anyway, now I've got around to actually sitting down and watching it I think it's a great programme for little kids. You should watch it some time it's way better than therapy.
Keep up the good work Kevin, Blue and Mr and Mrs Salt and Pepper Pot (oh, not forgeting Bucket and Spade).
