Due to my nana recently becoming a little unwell, I have been spending a lot of my afternoons at hers while my daughter attends nursery. In doing this I have been graced with the not so pleasurable afternoon soaps. I must admit I hated doctors at first but it has now grown on me and diagnosis murder is canny aswell so I cant complain about them even though I would much rather prefer to watch a bit of Jeremy Kyle. I have been a fan of the show for 10 years now, i used to watch it at the states and now i continue in uk. I should say that it used to be much better than it is now. For years we were watching the Ridge-Brook relationship, in all of its dramatic stages. And suddenly Brook realized that she wants Thorne!!Unbelieveble. I think it is the worse twist ever in the show. And this season, the show is full of boring characters: Giovani(awful italian accent), Becky, Cj, Kimberly,Clark, they should all be kicked out. I nearly cried when sunset beach was cancelled from channel 5, it was so mindless and ridiculous, it was my faviroute programme on t.v... u could sit there on a saturday evening for three hours and forget that you ever had a brain, and then if you fell asleep halfway through, it was o.k... coz u could tune in about two months later, and theyd still be on the same storylines!!! So when channel 5 advertised 'The bold and the beautifull' as the new sunset beach i just had to watch it. I have only just started watching this soap on Channel 5 at 9.50am. It is set in America of course and follows the lives, times, and fortunes of two families mainly. The Forresters own Forrester Creations an up market fashion house and Sally Spectra and family who own Spectra fashions. As the title suggests it has all the glamour that you would expect from a soap about fashion and has its ups, downs, twists and turns.
