Advantages: Great family show for entertainment.

Disadvantages: None, that i can think of.

Britain's Got Talent is a British talent show which is shown on ITV and is presented by the presenters, Ant + Dec and judged by Simon Cowell, Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden. BGT is a family show that the family can sit down together to watch, whilst enjoying a variety of talents on your very own TV screen. These talents vary from singers to dancers to comedians to gymnasts to animal acts to belly dancers, to name but a few.

The most recent series has been the 3rd series which began on April 11th 2009 and ended on 30th May, 2009. The competitors compete for their dreams against many talented others, but aswell as this, the winner of each series receives £100,000 and has that once in a lifetime opportunity to perform at the Royal Variety Performance.

So, basically, the start of the series are about the judges travelling around to hold the auditions at various locations. This often brings much humor to families as some auditions are that stupid and crazy, you just have to laugh. The auditions range from astonishing and talented to the weird and abnormal. The auditions that are hard to forget are those when the auditionees believe they have talent and then their dreams are crushed before their eyes, but their audition makes everyone laugh.

And, the end of the series is when the real talents are shown for the audience vote, as there is only one winner. The winner of 2007, was Paul Potts. The winner of 2008, was George Sampson and the most recent winner, 2009, was Diversity. However, the talent throughout the most recent series was very high and there could have been many many winners.

I enjoy to watch this family show with my children, and they love the show too. They watch it, laugh and then when they have their friends around, it's all they ever talk about! The show leaves so many funny memories that you will always remember.

Overall, Britain's Got Talent is a great family show and is sure to bring humor to many people!
