Advantages: Highly addictive.

Disadvantages: Can some times be a bit horric,when it comes to scenes and playbacks.

**** Introduction ****

I first started to watch CSI six years ago, even since I have become addicted and since gone on to watch every single episode.

I think I first gained interest in the series when season three was in full flow, I has gone on to be so popular that they are currently airing season nine, so this has now been successful for well over nine years.

**** About CSI ****

This is an American televison series set in Las Vegas, it is based around a team of five crime scene investigators, who fight tooth and nail to solve murders within the Vegas area.

During each episode we see the team working to two different cases, we watch them collect evidence and then at the end of the episode watch them convict the person who had committed the crime. It is very rare the CSI's fail to solve a case.

Usually if a case is not solved it means that you will see more on that crime later on in the series.

Each season consists of twenty four hour long episodes, I have to say the hours just fly by when you get engrossed in to the series.

**** CAST ****

The main cast members are:

Gill Grissom the night shirt supervisor, he is dedicated to the job and it known as the bug guy, as he knows everything there is to know about bugs.

Catherine Willows is the under supervisor of Gill, she has a daughter Lynsey and was a pole dancer before becoming part of the CSI team.

Warwick, Nick Stokes and Sarah Sidle are the other CSI's who equally make this show worth watching.

**** My Opinion ****

This is a series that has to be seen by everyone, they show it on channel five and various sky channels, but if you watch the sky showings this can be annoying as they are often repeats.

I would recommend you buy the DVD boxsets for as little as 10.00 each, a full series will cost you 20.00 as they are sold in two parts usually episodes 1 - 12 and the 13 - 24. They can be purchased from www.play.com.

If you have never watched this you are really missing out.

Summary: Recommended for everyone.
