Advantages: Great fiction story.

Disadvantages: none

Casualty is the gripping edge BBC drama. As it looks almost totally real it is in fact all fiction.

Casualty is set in the ED of Holby City and out on the road with the paramedics. The scenes the parapedics deal with are great and you would think that they were real, it's only when you step back and think, why would a camera man really be there filming this if it was all happening.

There are some great friendly funny paramedics and some more serious ones, and them combined make a great pair and also a great scene for the acting.

The staff in ED deal with all sort of intersting problems, but with the authentic look of it all, it's not for the squemish.

Casualty also shows what goes on behind closed door. In the staff room and all of the secret staff relations, and also some of the personal lives of these characters.

As far as I know everything they show on the programme they are all real conditions and problems, they don't make them up and make up cures. I find sumone I know has an illness or something and the next week it's on caualty. They have got me that hooked I would let the charaters perform median treatment on me, as I don't see them as actors, but medical staff, altho I think if I did they wouldn't do such a good job in real life.

Summary: Look very true and real
