Advantages: Covers everything well

Disadvantages: Too long inbetween next series

A Fantastic programme which has been hitting our screens for some years now.

I always know when the lottery has finished I am in for some real good drama. Based on an Accident and Emergency department at Holby City it is gritty and realistic.

The story lines are second to none and are very well researched. At the moment they are covering HIV in a working environment. One of tthe male nurses, Adam Osborne, is HIV. The head of nursing (Charlie) knew this when he took him on and is standing by him. The situation became knowledge of the press and the rest is some what obvious.

I must admit I know nothing about the virus and I know nothing of this, but I am not ignorant and I know how it can be caught and not caught. The story line shows the public in a state of panic and not wanting to be treated at the hospital. it is a good issue to cover and may help people to understand more about it.

however it is in two parts and concludes on Sunday 15th oct I will be watching it that is for sure. Although there is a main story in the programme it hasn't stopped other issues being covered in the programme.

I must give this programme 11 out of 10 as it is very well covered and the acting is just spectacular. If you missed the first episode tonight then catch it tomorrow you will fall into it straight away.

Watch it and make your own judgement and se if you to will be watching it every week.

Just watched the second half not quite what I thought it would be but never the less I enjoyed it.

HIV was still prominent but other stories covered as well which just goes to show, life still goes on. Adam has now left the show and has gone out in a good story line. Will just have to wait and see what happens next. BRILL!!!!!!
