Set in the accident and Emergency department of a hospital casualty is addictive and enjoyable. The story line is very strong and you can feel like its part of day to day life. The stories are quite oftern sad and the characters are casualties of life. Many of the docters and nurses have been in there since the early days for example Charlie who has had his own share of tragedies which get drawn in to the day to day stories. It can be quite gorey in places but then again what accident ward do you know that doesn't have a splash of blood. Well worth following.
