Advantages: The original hospital soap (Excluding the Aussie one)

Disadvantages: Bit repetitive from time to time

Casualty follows the trials and tribulations of a group of doctors and nurses at the fictional Holby City A&E department. My stepbrother does work for real, and it's his favorite program as he says it's so true to life.

The format is roughly the same each week, some guest star playing the intended victim has a little of his/her background developed, and you just sit there waiting for the accident to occur. Then he/she is rushed to A&E and there is the usual chaos trying to get him/her fixed up, whilst the staff themselves have their own mid-life crises to cope with.

Not always great, but a good program to watch now and again if you aren't on the internet, especially if, like me, you live in Bristol where it is filmed, so you can say "I was there!" when a familiar location pops up on the screen.
