Much as I hate to admit it, I am a big brother fan. And celebrity big brother is great as it gives you a chance to see what "famous" people are like in real life (and I use the term famous loosely as most of these celebrities are lower than z-list!). Most of the contestants are has-beens and are desperate to cling on to any shreds of fame that may be lingering in the hope they'll be offered a fantastic new career opportunity when they leave the house. Celebrity big brother has taken over our screens once again. It is that yearly occurance, which is the only thing that can perk me up after Christmas! Celebrity big brother runs in January and lasts three weeks. This year 2010, is going to be its last year, which I think has upset lots of people now as they have realised how good this series actually is. So it it'll all be over after this series. I have to say I have never been that interested in Big Brother or Celebrity Big Brother and have watched a few episodes which have trailed off to nothing. This year however I have been totally engrossed and have the series on my V+ planner and enjoy sitting down each night to watch the action. Celebrities might be a bit ambitious though I have to say, the only people I recognised were Vinnie Jones, Dane Bowers and Alex Reid. I haven't watched much of this series of Celebrity Big Brother because I've got proper bored of the whole Big Brother thing, this one is the last Celeb version though so I've been putting it on a bit more than usual because I thought Channel 4 might make it a bit memorable somehow to go out with a bang. When the program first hit the channel 4 many moons ago i did love both big brother and the celebrity big brother version but these days i really cant stand it.
