Advantages: can be quite amusing as they work out who the hell each other are!

Disadvantages: boring as the audience try to work out who they are

If theres one thing thats worse than 'normal 'Big Brother it's the so-called celebrity version. As a one off novelty it would have been quite interesting but why do it every year?

I watched the first 3 people go into the house, Latoya Jackson, Mutya Buena (ex-Sugababe) and Verne Troyer (best known as Mini-me from Austin Powers) . I suppose he must be used to it but the ahhhh's and bless hims from the crowd and Davina when he was trying to get his case in the house were so patronising it made me feel angry. Living in Devon we have had enough of the Jackson family after the whole documentary debarcle so another one i can do without! Mutya seems a down to earth girl and will probably do well. I switched off after this as I was getting bored-not a good start!

Caught 5 minutes of it yesterday when a blond woman had Latoya Jackson pinned in a corner and appeared to be boring her to tears. I have no idea who this woman was and in my opinion if you need to be told who someone is they are definately not a celebrity.

I expect I will watch odd bits of this series here and there as it's usually quite hard to avoid , hopefully we will have no 'race rows ' this year.
