Charlotte Church has been in the limelight for what seems like forever now since rising to fame as a classical singer at a very young age. She has a fantastic voice but that's is about it, having watched her on many other peoples chat shows and now having watched her attempt to run her own it is clear she has little or no personality.

She seems very awkward on her show and it is more like the guests she has on run the show rather than her. She is fine when reading prepared lines and questions from the autocue but when the conversation goes off course and her guests become spontaneous she look embarrassed and does not know what to say or when to say it. On a recent show a couple of her guests had about a five minute joke going without Charlotte uttering a word or really knowing what the joke was, it made me cringe to watch how embarrassed she was.

She quite often has some decent guests on the show and if the guests are good the show is watchable and when she sings at the end she finally comes into her own and you remember what she actually is, a great singer. She should stick firmly to her singing and leave the chat shows and variety shows to people who have a personality!

Charlottes show appears on channel 4 quite late at night due to the fact that there can often be some swearing and sexual reference, the language and topics are never offensive it is just charlottes way of trying to make herself seem to have a bit of an edge but it really doesn't suit her and does not work! Check the other channels before watching this it is highly possible you will find something far better to watch!
