Chuckle vision is a comedy show produced for BBC children TV. It began in 1987 and about 20 series have been produced. First 3 series had 13 episodes all the others have 15.

Chuckle vision is slapstick comedy. The heroes are always two brothers. Paul and Barry. They look twins, I don't know if they are twins.

In each episode they are sent to do a job for someone. It always ends up in disaster. Well not quite that but nonetheless they mess things up and this is where straight acting becomes slapstick and comedy begins. Also in some episodes they end up doing work for an evil person or that persons associate who is evil. The program ends in happy conclusion.

Although the program is for children I have continued to watch it and I am a grown up now. It is a very popular series. Some of the plot could be surreal. The brothers are silly at times and hopeless at other times. Has been on TV for 21 years and will continue in the future no doubt.

The show is clean, it is free of bad language and other grown up stuff.

Barry and Paul are joined in the show by two of their elder brothers this must be unique in British TV, four brothers appearing in one show,

Summary: good family comedy aimed at children
