Advantages: lots of recipes and laughs

Disadvantages: none

I am totally hooked on come dine with me at the minute! It is easy watching that always guarantees a laugh or two along the way.

It is a reality cook show were usually 4, but at the minute 5 contestants take part in a cooking competition, each having their own evening to host a dinner party and prepare a 3 course meal.
The fellow contestants then rate the evening out of ten and whoever has the highest score at the end of the week wins the £1000 prize money!
Its not the biggest prize fund in the world but this defnetley reflects in the contestants light-hearted attitude and therefore leaves plenty of opurtunity for some quality comedy moments...

Hosted by comedian George Lamb, come dine with me really stands out from other reality or cook shows as his sarcastic, witty comments throughout are as entertaining as the show itself.

Come dine with me runs on channel 4 and each nights dinner party coverage episodes last 30 mins.
It is currently on Channel 4 weekdays at 5.30 and has just began a brand new series, witty and intresting as ever , Come dine with me is one to tune into if even to get your belly begging for dinner!

Summary: A new genre of reality TV show, I for one totally embrace

Dave Lamb is the narrator, not George.
