Advantages: Easy storylines

Disadvantages: No weekend omnibus

Being a soap addict Corrie is a must every week.

The storyline between bad boy Steve Macdonald and even badder boy Jez was very exciting and Jez's death scene seemed to be very graphic for an episode of Corrie, especially as I was just sitting down to my dinner!

The other storyline which I am watching with anticipation is the Hayley and Roy saga, she/he wants a baby but Roy is not quite so keen as he feels that Hayley's past will rear its ugly head and most probably halt any adoption proceedings before they get very far.

Sally is so obviously going to get back with Kevin, I don't know why she doesn't just get rid of her current blokey Danny and move Kev back into the family home with 'the girls'.

Last but not least the cute love story that is surrounding Rita with her book-shop man. It is so cute, but he still has his wife in the nursing home, so what will happen????
