Advantages: Chill out & watch your favourite characters.

Disadvantages: Can be a little TOOO unrealistic at times

This is all time classic British chill out TV! You don't have to think about it too much and relax and laugh with familiar faces.

The characters at the moment are top class - with a bit of drama and lots of dry comedy.

Becky & Roy have to be one of the oddest "flat-mate" couples around. Becky (played by Katherine Kelly) is fantastic and plays a bad-lass-come good - but still has her moments.

The Rovers Return - aka the local pub - is always full of local residents - whether it is lunch or evening! And as for the local Cafe - Roys Rolls - there custom is all generated frm the neighbours buying their breakfast (always a full english) and lunc there!!

And how many kebab house do you know that open in the day and actually have customers who buy kebabs at lunch time??

But that is what makes it so good. - There are so many twists and turns and things that no-way in any normal day to day life, could possibly happen! Still keeps me glued though!

Summary: Nice & light soap tv. Britain wouldn't be the same without it.
