Daytime TV king Dale Winton is perfect host for supermarket sweep.

Dale makes full use of his hands and vocals to encourage the teams to compete.

Each show has three pairs. In the first half before the break, all the teams answer questions, correct answers gives them vital time for the run in the second half.

After break for commercials, all the times have a run around the supermarket, picking up items until there time runs out. Each teams shopping is scanned by check out girls. Winner of this round is the team with highest amount of shopping.

The winner has to to find three items. Dale gives crypted clues. The prize at the end is £5000.

Last year Supermarket returned from break after 6 years. In the original show the prize was £2000.

New show has supermarket like Asda who also sponser the show.

Dale is great in this show. He has talent to brighten up shows like these.
