Fun in the media (Dead Man Weds)

Advantages: Sarcastic, good jokes, entertaining characters and story lines Disadvantages: Could have done with running longer
Dead Man Weds is a warm comedy based in the fictional Fogburrow, home to the struggling parochial newspaper The Fogburrow Advertiser. Written by Dave Spikey on the back of his partnered success with Phoenix Nights, he teamed up with Johnny Vegas and wrote this short (just 6 episodes) little masterpiece. The characters at the newspaper are well played and their traits lead you to feel as if you've known them all your life - similar to Dinnerladies. Summary: Calabrezzi! |
