Not scary - just long (Dead Set)

Advantages: great concept

Disadvantages: not scary

Plot: Big Brother 20XX, and the country has been taken over by Zombies, only the contestants don't know. But they will soon.

Acting: Poor at best, it's a cheap laugh, and as such has the acting talent to go with it. Davina McCall's blood soaked cameo is entertaining but certainly not likely to win any awards.

Overview: I think you need to take this at face value. It was a "Shaun of the Dead" style film, done on a low budget, and used as a marketing tool to get people interested in Big Brother again, OK it is watch able, but in 3 hours nothing ever really happens. As with most of the new age "horror" films there is a twist at the end that almost makes up the rest of the time spent watching this film. The concept is great, it is just the execution that was lacking, I do not know how it could have been better, possibly the concept should have remained just that.

Summary: its 3 hours long!!!
