Advantages: Exciting to watch and very original!

Disadvantages: Based on sheer luck and repitition!

I have been watching Deal or no Deal for some time now so I can now write a decent review on it. Deal or no Deal is one of those shows that will keep an individual on the edge of their seats. It is hosted by Noel Edmonds and the game show works by having a particular contestant select varieties of boxes which contains different amount of money. The blue color represents low amount of money (as low as 1p) and the red color represents high amount of money (up to £250,000).

Deal or no Deal is a good show to watch, however it gets annoying at times, this could be by seeing the stupidity and greediness of some contestants or by seeing the sadness of some contestants that deserves better results. The game show is basically based on an individual's luck, there is no strategy to selecting the boxes, and it's all random so its jus based on intuition and luck. I have seen some pretty exciting Deal or no Deal game shows, some turn around games were a contestant ends up with good money (20,000 and over) when it looks like he/she will end up with low amount of money and vice versa all based on the bankers "Deal".

It's an entertaining game to watch, however it could be very sad when you see the unluckiness of other contestants. It's more of a gamble game than anything else seeing as there is no hint or nothing at all given in order to select the boxes. Its jus based on choice. I see some contestants selecting the boxes based on the significance of the number it has because of their past experience with that particular number. That works for some contestant and for some "whoops" lol!

The game play definitely does lack a bit of sense, I think it will be a bit more exciting if the game play allows the contestant to maybe answer a question or a hint is given on which boxes could potentially contain high amount of money, rather than the game play just being based on sheer luck. Recently I only been watching the last 5 minutes of the game play seeing as it is the most important bit for me, it lets u know if the contestant will come out with big money or end up being unlucky!

Summary: A good game show that is more for gamblers, and based on luck but nevertheless its exciting!
