Desperate Housewives is on my must watch list. I'm not going to go on and on about the writers or how its filmed - mainly because what I am interested in is the show - I'm just going to give you my thoughts and the reason why I love this show.

Desperate Housewives is not just a typical girly show, it is admitably over the top with a few of the story lines, but ultimtly it grips you and really does bring right int wysteria lane where you almos can believe you are part o their lives.

The show is made of of 5 main characters and some really hot men (Jesse Metcalfe mmmmm). The main charaters Bree, Susan, Gabby, Lynette and Edie all are very different characters and their interactions are funny, witty, and quite unpredictable.

The desperate housewives show revolves around these five womens lives, their marriages, children, jobs, friendships and ost importantly the SECRETS of wysteria lane, which develop and come out across the episodes and series. Each family has their own problems and there is always alot going on but it s constructed so well that you dont loose your place or get confused with the different happenings.

I dont actually have a favourite character but I can see all my friends in dfferent chaacter of the show so this makes it relatable and that much more enjoyable. I have had lots of episodes where I have been shocked, laughed out loud and cried all in the same one and this just shows how much the programme grabs you.

I would recommend this programme to basically anyone (other than children) it is sophisticated and funny and its not just for girls men can enjoy it too!
