Advantages: Quite a fresh new find

Disadvantages: No time to get strong storylines

Doctors has not really had a chance yet to establish itself. All new series need a chance to grow, and for the characters to impeded on our consciousness. Without time, most series would probably sink without trace.
Can anyone remember the first series of All Fools and Horses. It was not good. They were thinking of pulling the plug, until the format was tweaked slightly.
I think that more of these home-grown programmes should be able to see off the Australian mob (Neighbours, Home and Away) in time. Lets have something fresh even if they don't all make the grade, at least it will be better than watching Aussie soaps for the next 100 years.
Personally, at lunchtime 'Doctors', is well acted, good storylines and is quite relaxing to watch, nothing too strenous.

I liked the first series of this, but have missed most of this series. I would have liked to hear more about the actors and characters in this though, to give you a higher rating.
