The premise behind the programme is surprisingly simple. Take two diametrically opposed women and insert them into each others shoes for seven days whilst their every move is recorded for posterity by a crew of TV camera men. At the end of this pe... What is so good about this show is that the directors picked the two most different families to have the wife swap experience with. The two families swap wives and the families get to see the different perspective on life, which is usually the totally opposite, which makes this show work and very entertaining. For a few days the family of which is wife is entering lives by their own rules and the wife also has to follow these rules. I remember all the problems in the 1980 s when English fans were bad and the outrage I felt personally when we were banned from Europe for a number of years. It wasn t that I felt annoyed about, it was the hooligans that were just going to games to cause trouble and not even wanting to watch the football. It spoils it for everyone else and that s what happened. Once such time that really shook me was the Ireland v England friendly game when English so called fans started throwing s... Life After People ... after people is a 2008 History Channel documentary that investigates, as the title would suggest, what will happen to the world of man after he has departed the Earth as a species. The programme doesnt really speculate on how man might meet his end, but rather simply imagines a world in which all humans have disappeared, as if killed by a plague or whisked away by aliens. Essentially, Life After People looks at how long human structures would survive without humans to maintain them, with the answer generally proving to be "not very long at all". We see how roads would be broken up by weeds and reclaimed by nature within decades, and likewise how cars woul...
