Dog the bounty hunter was this show I sort of saw once and became hooked and it is about a family who are out to try and find people who have either skipped bail or they are on the run and they have to try and locate them as quickly as possible. All people have a bounty and before they attempt to go and find them they have to give people an idea of what sort of person they are dealing with and then they go about tracking them down by ringing up their friends and raiding homes if they need and they usually find the people they want. "Dog the Bounty Hunter" is a reality television show that documents the antics of Duane Chapman and his family, a real life legal modern day bounty hunter. Duane runs his own Bail Bonds company and is paid reward money for every fugitive he manages to take into custody on behalf of the state, and that is his business. Dog The Bounty Hunter is a reality television programme shown on Bravo television in the UK and syndicated world wide. Duane "Dog" Chapman is an American Citizen currently residing in Hawaii that has been convicted 18 times for armed robbery and has one conviction for first degree murder. The latter of which he maintains was a wrongfully charged conviction. I am not sure of his stance on the armed robbery convictions. Dog The Bounty Hunter is one of those programmes that you get addicted to very very quickly. For all Dog virgins the show follows the lives of the Chapman family who are bounty hunters in Hawaii, running their own business Da Kine Bailbonds. The family is headed up by Duane "Dog"Chapman a reformed criminal who spent time in prison after being found guilty of first degree murder. Whilst in prison Duane found god and from then on went by the name Dog as it's god backwards. If you've not seen it yet then you really don't know what your missing. Brilliant programme about a family called the Chapmans, who are all part of their Bounty Hunting business. The program follows them looking for fugitives in Mexico - how they go about finding people and then what happens to them. This family is probably like no other in this line of work.
