This show is contradictory by nature. The title tells you not to do exactly what comes naturally. It will encourage people to attempt the things they see. The poor people in the audience who are nominated by a friend for a challenge. You can tell frequently that they really do not want to do the challenge but feel obliged due to pride and the embarrassment of refusing infront of millions, plus then the host has to do it for you. It's losing it's appeal, there are only so many times you can watch it and be amused, and only so many different types of challenges they can ask of people.
