If you have got Nick Jnr. Please please tune in at 1pm. This is when you will enter the world of little Bill. Thought up by the master himself Bill Cosby. And what a joy it is to watch. "Dream Street" is a relatively new animated series, using the latest animation techniques in the same vein as "Jellykins". Sometimes, I think this new technology is going a bit too far, and sometimes the joy is in watching the tacky animation, ie. in the glory days of "Chorlton and the Wheelies". However, this programme provides a good setting for stories which portray many life skills, as well as a bit of road safety along the way! I feel that for the age group that the programme is aimed at, the vocabulary used by the guy providing the voice-over is rather too complicated in places, and it is easy to lose the plot. Maybe I'm a bit too old for kiddies programmes, but Dream Street is a nice programme to watch (even though I'm hardly a hardcore follower); whether you're a kid intrigued by a magical world, or just some poisoned adult who needs some soothing and friendly eye candy without not being too bothered by cheesy and somewhat dry and basic plots (but I guess they are non-complex and suitable enough for kids to follow, so don't quote me on that). I can't say much for the stories, but the voice cast are excellent and truly entertaining by themselves for a radio show, and the animation which I think is either top-notch computer based or modelled, adds to the ...  Read the complete review
