Advantages: Adding stuff all the time
Disadvantages: Storylines can get a bit boring at times
Eastenders is a long running soap opera programme running on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights every week. It covers alot of issues from murder to drug use to paedophillia to affairs.
There are several characters in the soap but mainly people call it the square because is based on Albert Square. On the square mainly each character is part of a different family where as a remaining few aren't. There are:
The Mitchells - the biggest and toughest family on the square consisting of Peggy, Phil, Archie, Ronnie, Roxy, Ben, Amy who live on the square then theres Grant, Sam, Courtney and aload outher who live off the square.
The Brannings - a messed up family at the moment consisting of Max, Jack, Tanya, Lauren, Abby, Dot who live on the square then theres Suzy, Jim and others who live off the square.
The Jacksons - a crazy family lead by Pat, also there is Bianca, Rocky, Liam, Tiffany, Morgan, Whitney and even Janine. Others aren't on the square.
There are other families aswell but to discover them you should watch the soap.
I love this show, it gives me that time in the evening to sit down with a cup of tea and a couple of biscuits and relax while watching other (fictional) people go through there problems.
The best thing about this soap is it really makes you think what other people in the world are going through. Even though the characters on this show are made up other people are going through them.
I highly recommend you watch this show, every episode is excellent and new characters and storylines are added almost all the time. Its in BBC1 on Mon, Tue, Thur and Fri or the Omnibus on Sundays on BBC1.
Summary: A great show for the whole family
