Empty is a rather entertaining Scottish comedy based in Glasgow that aired on BBC2, so far there has only been one series of 6 episodes but I hope that it will materialise into more. If you've only seen Gregor Fisher in Rab C Nesbitt, you may be in for a shock as you see the actor come across as a sophisticated and eloquent, whacky property maintenance worker. On the other hand if you've seen things like The Tales of Para Handy, The Baldy Man or the BBC's adaptations of Oliver Twist and Gormenghast then you'll be well aware that the guy is no one trick pony.
