I love everybody loves Raymond. The show is based on the comedy stylings of Ray Romano who plays the long suffering role of Ray Barone. Everybody loves Raymond stars Ray Romano as Ray Barone, Patricia Heaton as his lovely wife Debra, Doris Roberts as Marie Barone the nosy mother/ mother in law, Peter Boyle as as the grumpy old man Frank Barone and Brad Garret as Robery Barone.

This wonderfull and entertaining show runs from 1996 to 2005 through nine fun packed seasons.

Ray and debra moved in across the street from Rays parents and are now suffering the conserquences of the Barone familys daily bursting in and meddling in the affairs of Ray and Debra especially Debra who is constantly having to put up with the constant critisism from Marie.

Marie Barone is obsessed with her family and is constantly playing favourites with her two children Ray and Robert and is overly intrested with her youngest sons life and as a viewer you get the feeling that noone else can match up to her and constantly treats him like he's a child even though he is the father of three children and can probably explain the characters short comings as he is self centred and only thinks about himself.

Then we have Frank Barone who is the classic grumpy old man. I love his cathphrase, "Holy Crap", the classic Frank behaviour is being mean to his wife who is constantly cooking for him and teasing his sons both he calls nancy. It really made me laugh when he said his grandson has homosexual tendencies at this time his grandson was only three.

The smart and beatiful debra Barone the proud mother of Rays three children is stuck in the role of housewife, mother and Maries daily verbal punching bag. Debra obviously loves her husband Ray and is obviously upset by alot of Rays actions but stays with him. Although I can't decide if it's because she loves him or if shes there for the kids sake.

Lastly there is the gentle giant Robert Barone Rays often overlooked older brother. Robert is as unlucky in love as he is in life. Being constantly left out his little brother gets everything while Robert has to make do with nothing.

I completely love this show, there are nine seasons of fun and laughter as we watch the dysfunctional family cope withday to day life. My favourite character is Frank as he is a very funny character and some of the things he comes out with are hilarious!
