Using computer graphics, Extinct tells the story of the dodo, sabre-tooth tiger, mammoth, great auk, Irish elk and the Tasmanian devil. A series of six programmes, it can be viewed on Channel 4 from 9pm to 9.30pm on tuesdays. The first programme on 25th September focused on the dodo.
