The scale of Fifi and the Flowertots is good enough for toddlers but for some reason irritates me a little. While other children's programmes of this nature with emphasise how small the characters are, Fifi and her friends always seem very large to me and it's only when seeing one of them next to a, say, a strawberry plant that towers over them that you realise just how tiny they are. Fifi and the Flowertots is another of my two year old granddaughter's favourite television programmes at the moment and is shown throughout the day on Nick Jnr, Nick Jnr 2 and during the children's programming schedule on Channel 5. All of the characters in Fifi and the Flowertots are based around flowers and wildlife you will find in your garden, I particularly like the fact that the makers of this programme haven't just chosen the sweetest and cuddliest creatures - in fact one of my favourite characters is a slug despite the fact that I find they absolutely foul in real life!
