Advantages: exciting, change of pace, goals

Disadvantages: sometimes slow

Channel 4's fantastic coverage of Serie A always has me glued to the screen at about midday on a Sunday.
The Italian Serie A is by far the best league in the world and Channel 4 do a tremendous job covering these games.
The reason that the Italian league is so superior to the English Premiership is that there is never a boring game.
You hardly ever see a 0-0 draw in Serie A but in the Premiership it is a common result.

Also, the way that the Italian's approach games and the way that they look so patient and laid back when in posession always keeps me occupied.

The Italian's make the ball do the work, they pass short, they change pace, they play the game in the way i believe it should be played.

In England the game always seems to be at the same pace, the players are quite lazy, and the ball is always played over the top.

I am not criticising the English game because our teams have done so well in Europe this season.
I just think that the style and approach of English teams is all wrong.

One more thing is that no mattter which two teams are playing in Italy, you always get a good game and very usually see goals.
Whether it be Inter vs Lazio or Udinese vs Reggina, you can always expect a great match.
