Pure comical genius. Fraiser, for those who are unaware, is shown on channel four and The Paramount Comedy Channel.

Based around the book, 'Fraiser Crane' it is set in seattle, around fraiser, a radio psychyatrist. Living with his father, his fathers dog eddie and Daphne his fathers career, Fraiser is a very interesting character. The comedy is based on him and his amazingly funny brother Niles getting into al sorts of problems, and everyday moral dilemmas. Both Fraiser and Niles have had failed marriages, and both work as psychyatrists.

Everything about what they do is funny, whever its a sarcastic remark, the stupid decisions they make, or Niles' phobia of small flying insects. The comedy isnt as raw as some programmes, and is very refined. Fans of 'Friends' may not find its humour to their raw tastes.

The characters have been cast perfectly, and have been built up to be extremely convincing. Fraiser, while being very succesful, is somewhat alone in his life, and his father and his career moving in helps that. Daphnehis fathers' career is portrayed as the typical english northern woman, and plays her part very well. Personally I think the storyline of Niles being secretely in love with Daphne is the part of every show, as he is desperate for her no to find out. Eventually, after bothe of them getting married, the ran off together, and thus starts the next series. I beleive that Niles is the funniest Character on TV, because of his weedy and phobia filled personality.

Fraiser is well worth watching. I highly recommend it!
