Advantages: Hilarious comedy

Disadvantages: None! Well, exept they stopped after series 10!

Friends is quite simply the best American sitcom ever!! It successfully ran for ten years, from 1994 to 2004.
Based around the lives of a group of friends, Ross, Rachel, Phoebe, Joey, Chandler and Monica, its a fantastically written comedy with humour mixed in with the every day happenings of life.
From Ross and Rachels on/off relationship, Joeys many dates, Chandler and Monicas relationship and Phoebes quirkyness, its non stop entertainment in every episode.
The stars of the show, David Shwimmer, Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and Courtney Cox play their characters so well and have turned them into characters we all know and love, and can relate to in some way.
There is always reruns of Friends on tv, and you can buy the whole 10 series on video/dvd so you can watch again and again. Even if you have seen the same episode 100 times, it still manages to entertain and raise a laugh.

Summary: Laugh a minute comedy
