Advantages: Great episodes, hilariously funny

Disadvantages: No more new episodes

Who doesn't enjoy Friends? You would be quite hard pushed to find too many people who dislike Friends. I love Friends. I have seasons 3 to 10 on DVD and am waiting to get 1 and 2. I can quote most Friends lines and even though I've seen an episode a hundred times I still, without fail, laugh my head off.

Friends started in 1994 and finished in 2004 and there rumours of a film have been circulating a lot since Friends ended. Friends got better as the seasons wore on and the Friends grew up.

I love all of the Friends with Chandler (Matthew Perry) being my favourite. His dry-humour, quick-wit and sarcastic one-liners are brilliant. I love Monica's (Courtney Cox Arquette) cleaning-obsession, Joey's (Matt Le Blanc) Joey-isms and "How you doin?", Ross' (David Schwimmer) emphasis on words, Phoebe's (Lisa Kudrow) quirkyness and Rachel's (Jennifer Aniston) Rachel-ness.

Not only are all of those characters great but you have Gunther (James Michael Tyler) who loves Rachel through-out the seasons and eventually tells her on the final episode. Then there is Janice. Janice is hilarious - her accent, her laugh, her "Oh My God"'s. There's also Monica & Ross's parents (Christina Pickles and Elliott Gould), Frank and Alice, Phoebe's step-brother and wife and everybody else in between.

There is also the romances: Chandler and Monica, not forgetting Richard who makes a few appearances, Ross and Rachel - no doubt the main pairing of Friends even if they are usually more off than on and Phoebe and Mike (Paul Rudd). Joey and Rachel get together at the end of season 9/beginning of season 10 but it doesn't last.

It was a great, great show that you can watch again and again. It had a lot of guest stars: Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Julia Roberts and probably some I've forgotten.

Friends may have finished but people will never stop watching it, it is a priceless TV show. I for one would love a movie.

Summary: A much loved TV show
