Hats off to Marta Kauffman and crew for very possibly the most successful and highly entertaining series of the 90's and into the 21st century. It has never failed to disappoint: the storylines keep getting better and better and have never become dull or dry. I had initially thought that at series 6 they were starting to try their carrying on, when the stories seemed a little thin that series, but no. We have seen up to the end of series 9 now, and what a series that was. I am laughing just thinking about it. Ross stealing out of the hotel, Monica doing karaoke, and of course the whole Rachel and Joey has now come into its own. How exciting!! I cannot wait until series 10 now. Though as I understand it, it will be the last. However, it is probably for the best. Look at Fawlty Towers for example. One series. One of the most successful British comedies of all time. The problem with programs these days is that they try going too far, and ending up a laughing stock when their ratings plummet. However, Friends has only got better. With the actors all getting on now, and looking at film careers, it would be unrealistic to see them in the Central Perk at 60. Unforgettable moments for me are Ross in the Prom Video, Monica and Chandler's wedding, the London and Las Vegas episodes, with so many more to name. Who knows what will happen in the final series. Will Rachel and Joey get together? Will Charlie (from the end of series 9) make an apperance? So many questions to be answered. Just can't wait. Roll on next year

There were two series of Faulty Towers - 12 eposides in all.

Sorry!

I got a little bored with this season's episodes, I'm afraid. Perhaps I should give them another go.

excellent programme but at a million $ per actor per episode how many more series can they afford to make.
