Getting on is a new comedy series made by the bbc, set in a hospital background. Featuring Jo brand as the "stat" actor, its a "grim style" comedy. The type of comedy for example is a sort of "tongue in mouth" approach of the two nurses, for example, having to deal with an argumentative patient, and trying to find out what a foreign patient who spoke no English found walking at the side of the motorway in the middle of the night wants!
