Gimme Gimme Gimme

Gimme Gimme Gimme is a BBC television comedy. It ran for three series between 1999 and 2001 but can still be seen on TV today as repeats. The program is named after the ABBA song Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A man after midnight) and this the theme tune to the show.

The show is about a really odd couple who flat share. Linda is a loud mouth women, who has a big red perm and white glasses and normally wears lycra (not the most of attractive looks). Even tho she is loud and unattractive Linda thinks she is drop dead gorgeous. Linda lives with Tom, tom is a gay very camp actor who thinks he is the worlds best actor even tho he never has work and his acting is terrible.

Tom and Linda have a strange relationship they argue a lot and seem to hate each other but they are both so strange that they need each other as nobody else wants them. Linda often try to get tom in to bed much to the disgust of tom.

This program is really easy watching and is so funny I wish they would have made more episodes of these, I defiantly would be watching. But I really don't think they will as at the send of the last series tom got his big break in the soap cross roads and for some strange reason Linda was sitting alone in the flat (which is all well and good) then she takes her hair off revealing it to be a wig
