Goodness Gracious Me is about well, nothing really. It is a programme which shows the Indian ways. But not in a normal way. Instead, GGM (Goodness Gracious Me) exaggerates the ways. For example, there is a woman who wants her guests to eat all the time and when they were full, she got out a gun and threatened to shoot them if they didn’t eat their Samosas! GGM is all about these little clips in which the actors become different people. For example, one guy is an old man who says that everything in sight is Indian, inlcuding (shower gel!) and the next minute he is one of two boys who think there hard and go around acting all cool.

The best thing in my opinion is the guy who says everything is Indian. His son always tries to reason with him and tell him that it’s not but the dad doesn’t listen. One time he said that everything was Indian except for Prince Charles-He’s African because he has big ear like the elephants there!

GGM has not had new episodes for about 2 years now and I don’t know if they re still making it but I hope they continue to play the repeats on UK Play on channel 452. (Sky Digital)

Overall, GGM is a great show to watch if you’re in the mood for a laugh and especially if you are asian because then you understand some of the jokes which other people wouldn’t. For example, when they speak in Hindi)
