Advantages: Extremely funny.

Disadvantages: Not for the politically correct!!!

I just love this programme. I came across it one night by accident when I was channel-hopping. In this very politically correct nation of ours, it is wonderful to see an ethnic culture which is as happy to take the mickey out if itself are we are loath to do to ourselves. After the boring outdated Englishman, Irishman, Scotsman jokes this is a breath of fresh air.

For me the funniest sketch is the Asian couple who try to convince everyone that they are British, even though they haven't got a clue how to behave. Then there's that brilliant older lady who still thinks she's a trendy young sex kitten.

If the film East is East is as funny as this programme, then I really must see that too.
