Season one of Hex, comprised of 6 episodes made in 2004 follows the story of a young girl named Cassie, who attends a private bording school in England; Medenham Hall. Starting in late 2004 and airing on Sky One here in the UK the show ran for 6 episodes in its first season and returned the following year for its second season with 13 more episodes before being canceled. The show revolves around a remote English boarding school that becomes a battleground for anceint evils. The show at its centre is definately supernatural but also deals with a lot of issues outside of this such as teen sex, drugs, alcohol, suicide, self harm, mental illness, sexuality and abortion.
