I have no idea why but I am really enjoying this show, I find it really entertaining.

Ice Road Truckers is a reality show documenting the lives of truck drivers travelling across deadly frozen lakes. It is shown on Channel History.

During this documentary the Ice Road Truckers fight to carry the most loads and make the most money before the deadly ice melts. The truck drivers fight mechanical problems, melting roads, blowouts and blizzards. Each driver is against one another to build up the most trips but must also warn each others of the dangers.

The audience do not need to watch every episode as you can watch any episode and understand the plot.

So far Ice Road truckers has run for three brilliant series; each time a new location, old and new truckers.

I think the best bit of this show, it is very real, it is not fake, its people doing their real job risking their lives to do it. I think it is so watchable as the elements are so unpredictable and constantly changing making the show exhiliating. I could never imagine watching truckers driving across the UKit would not have the same effect.
