Ok, everyone I know how anxious you are for me to tell you whats in Alan's drawer, but first I'll just take two minutes to tell you what I feel about the series. It has to be one of the best and funniest comedy series I have ever seen, even funnier in my point of view than Mont Python or such like as Faulty Towers. The mini-series in case you are new to the world of Alan Partridge, or you have been in a cave on the moon with your head in bucket of hard cement for the last 5 years, tells of the bitter life of a failed chatshow host. He now hosts the graveyard shift of Norwhich radio and is concentrating on his rise back up to fame. Alan is insulting, self-righteous and about as bitter as salt and vinegar flavoured crisps without the crisps. However he is without a doubt one of the funniest characters I have ever seen and is certainly genius Steve Coogan's best and most famed work. The antithesis of loveability comined with downright ignorance and negativity creates his bittersweet nature which is why I love him so. My point of view is best described by what Alan says in the second episode 'Alan attraction'which is "That it first class!"
