It's Garry Shandling's Show

It can be quite hard to find a channel showing this American sitcom these days, Paramount have shown it in the past but it is not currently on their schedule. The show features the comic talents of Gary Shandling an angsty neurotc individual who carries on a monologue with the camera / studio audience as he plays the role of a stand up comic in a sitcom format, it is slightly surreal to describe but also strange that the whole concept works really well.
