I can't believe this is still around - and I can't watch it! Gosh, Ivor The Engine after all these years, brought back for another generation of kids to enjoy. If I remember correctly this was a Peter Firmin and Oliver Postgate production, an endearing little 5 or 10 minute tale of a little locomotive in the Welsh valleys, complete with lyrically intoned narration. Oh what memories. Ivor was a little Welsh Railway engine whose ambition was to sing in the choir like Evans the Song. I can't believe this is still around ! Gosh, Ivor The Engine after all these years, brought back for another generation of kids to enjoy. When I was a kid, I loved this show. I was just so chuffed to see it back again, it's one of those wonderful little memories from when I such a LITTLE girl.
