JackassNewest Review: ... member eats all of the ingredients for an omlette (butter, milk, raw eggs, onion etc), then vomits into a frying pan and cooks up a sick omlette, which he then eats. This, for me, is too much! Other stunts include putting leeches on your eye, and using a stun gun and mace on yourself, which are all pretty funny. IF YOU LIKED IT: There are two Jackass movies - 'Jackass Number 2' is the absolute best, featuring some phenomenal stunts. IN CONCLUSION: A show that pushes the boundaries of what entertainment is, but at its best is original, brave and funny.... more |

WHAT IS IT ABOUT: An American TV show that ran on MTV, Jackass sees a crew of people taking part in bizarre, dangerous and daring stunts, for the viewing pleasure of the public. IS IT ANY GOOD: This show is completely subjective, and you'll either like it or not depending on a range of factors. Personally, I like it, but not all of it. I admire the fact that a group of people with little talent have become very rich through doing dangerous things that anyone could do; surely the American dream at its best? I don't like it when they do something extremely sick (but more of that later). The cast themselves varies depending on which of the ... Read the complete review

Jackass is a TV show that stars Johnny Knoxville and his mad mix of friends as they travel (mainly) round the States doing incredibly dangerous stunts all in the name of comedy. This programme was always accompanied by a warning before and after the show to not try anything at home as everything they did was stupid and dangerous. However, in this crazy world we live in, and with our mentalities on the whole crying out for something like this to watch, the MTV aired show became an instant success. Knoxville and his clowns would do things that could result in serious damage, and some of them seemed quite masochistic. Many of these involved tempting dangerous ... Read the complete review

Jackass is a show like no other and is the brainchild of Jonny Knoxville who also appears in the show. The show is basically a series of clips in which Knoxville and his friends take part in stupid and dangerous pranks all in the name of comedy. The show contains a load of 'don't try this at home warnings and a warning to viewers that any tapes sent to jackass from the public will not be opened as this would be seen to be encouraging the madness that the program shows. The cast is made up of Knoxville and his close friends which include Preston Lacey, Wee Man (a Dwarf), Chris Pontius, Bam Margera, Steve-o, Ryan Dunn as well as some of other of his friends ... Jackass, well what can i say thats definatly what this group of young lads are Jackasses! This show can be funny, though most of the time it just makes you want to say ouch! A group of lads go round doing all sorts of things to harm them i.e getting shot on purpose with paintballs or inserting items into their body (a toy car inside rectum) just to see what happens. It should be called dont try this at ... Read the complete review

Jackass is an American equivalent of ?Trigger Happy TV? but it is much, much, much funnier and the stars are more likeable (am I the only one to dream off knocking Dom Jolly?s head off with a croquet mallet?). However, it is also a programme that will sound ludicrous, looks silly and would shock your granny but it has to be seen to be believed. The show consists of various sketches in which the members of the Jackass team either play tricks on the public, attempt dangerous stunts or just simply cut to the chase and inflict pain on each other. I told you it would sound silly! The first time I watched a programme I sat there for about five minutes thinking, ... Read the complete review
