This programme was very similar in many respects to the Crystal Maze but was made for children and shown on CITV up until a couple of years ago. It had a few different presenters as it tended to appear for a couple of series and then disappear for a few years and then come back with a new presenter. The latest presenter was Michael Underwood who started his TV life as a presenter on BBC children's TV. Jungle Run, presented by Dominic Wood is a CITV programme which is shown on Wednesday afternoons.It is a very similar to The Crystal Maze, almost like a childrens version only with 4 youngsters on the team. Dominic Wood is an excellent children's presenter who oozes enthusism as he guides the 4 youngsters through the 'jungle' in their mission to collect as many bananas as possible. There is a maximum of 100 bananas per sector of the jungle. The games are a real challenge for the children, who are usually about 9 or 10 year olds.
